Came across a legal case where an FP doc was doing the MOC on their work computer and later ABFM accused them of copying the exam questions against the rules and threatened their board certification status.
Apparently the employer had spyware on the computer and dictation software running in the background, the ABFM detected it and accused the doctor of capturing and sharing the exam questions.
Probably best to use your personal PC at home, never a work computer, and close all unnecessary apps that you aren’t using. Very scary for the MD and still not resolved as far as I know.
Thought this worthy of sharing.
