If you are using Zepbound KwikPen, some states will allow you to get the necessary needles over the counter, some states require a prescription.

If a prescription is required then this should work:
NovoFine Plus Pen Needles 32G × 4 mm

(though any ISO 11608-2 compliant pen needle apparently would be sufficient)

Sig: Use one new pen needle with each weekly Zepbound KwikPen injection. Remove and discard the needle after each use.
Dispense: 100 pen needles (they come in a box of 100 for about $15 give or take)

Thought this worth sharing for those using this medicine.

Q: If I am in the military can I use GLP1s like Wegovy or Zepbound to meet the fitness/weight standards?


A: Best I know the military is fairly strict about this as far as potential side effects and their impact on combat readiness.


I believe if you are active service you are probably required to see your primary care coordinator and you need to clear it with your command depending on your branch -- technically active duty are not permitted to take GLP1s sourced outside of the military medical system.


However, if you are not in active service or if you are a civilian the rules might be different. I recommend you check with your supervisor and/or HR dept for specific guidelines.
